This comfortable villa in a very quiet location situated in the foothills of the Montgo mountain in Javea consists of two seperate floors which makes this property perfect for two small families. It offers a lovely view over the valley with it's vineyards and the mountains in the distance. It has a large plot with nice gardens surrounding the house, great for children to play in.

This accommodation is let to one family at a time only, but the rental amount depends on the number of occupants and therefore the accommodation is advertised several times with a different number of people and prices.
