The port and the beaches can be reached in 5 minutes by car, the bus stop is about a 5 minute walk. The price includes parking in the municipal parking garage located at the corner. To experience the typical Spanisch atmosphere and life,  this is the ideal holiday property, especially if there are  "Fiestas" in Javea, the ideal place to watch all the festivities.
