It is located near the old town of Javea and the pebble beach of the port is only a 5 minutes' drive away. The popular sandy beach El Arenal with it's amenities can be reached in 10 minutes. The house is located on a large plot and has recently been freshly painted throughout and fitted with new white goods and matresses which guarantees a comfortable stay.
