Nice villa on one level in Javea on the Costa Blanca. The villa is situated in the beautiful urbanization of Tosalet on a level plot with well maintained gardens surrounding the property. There is a large lawn for children to play on. The poolwater is low in chlorine owing to the new, high tech system used, to maintain the quality of the water. This could be beneficial for small children who wish to spend all their time in the water! The house would also be very comfortable for winterletting and has central heating and a log fireplace. There is a cosy patio in the centre of the house which is protected from the wind.

This accommodation is let to one family at a time only, but the rental amount depends on the number of occupants and therefore the accommodation is advertised several times with a different number of people and prices.
