This magnificent villa is located in the area of Porticholl in Javea and is ideally equipped for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. The house sits on a large plot of land, offers much privacy and peace and consists of two floors connected by an interior staircase, each floor is also accessible separately, which is an advantage for a rental of two families so each group has its privacy. The large private swimming pool is also ideal for small children as a part of it is shallow, and it provides water fountains wich can be turned on and off manually. Sufficient sun loungers and outside furniture invite you to rest and relax by the pool. A brick and a gas grill barbecue offer opportunities to outdoor grilling and al-fresco dining. For entertainment are table tennis and a basketball hoop available, in addition, there is internet access (WIFI) in the house. The villa equpiment is completed by air conditioning units in all bedrooms and central heating for the cooler seasons are available. The highlight is a large hot tub yacuzzi on the upper terrace, which is accesible by an external staircase from the lower level and from the bedroom upstairs. We think that the bottom floor is suited for handicapped persons because you can drive your car right up to the back entrance, and then all the rooms and the pool terrace are on one level (wheelchair users should, however, previously consult the booking agent, asking for the mass of the doors).
