Beautifully renovated country house in Spain on two floors, situated on a large plot just outside Javea, which can be easily reached within 10 minutes by car (only 1.5km from Golf). It offers a lot of privacy and tranquility and has a tenniscourt (paddle) and basketball court on the grounds. The villa has a large outside kitchen for cooking paella or barbecues.

 

 

This accommodation is let to one family at a time only, but the rental amount depends on the number of occupants and therefore the accommodation is advertised several times with a different number of people and prices.
